Heres an example of a typical day using the Scarsdale Diet Menu. As you’ll see below the Scarsdale Diet Menu is not your usual diet menu as theres a wide range of foods involved including some complex carohydates and diet drinks.

Scarsdale Diet Menu
Breakfast is pretty much the sale everyday and should include the following
- One half grapefruit
- One slice of Protein Bread toasted with no butter or jam etc
- As much black tea or coffee as like but do not add sugar or cream etc
Lunch changes everyday but heres a typical day
- Turkey or Chicken
- With side of Tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and carrots
- Half Grapefriut
- Black Tea/ Coffee as above or Diets Soda and Water
Dinner again is different everyday but heres a typical day
- Grilled steak, any one will be do but make sure your cut off any fat
- With a side of salad to include lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery
- Black Tea/ Coffee as above or Diets Soda and Water
